Shipping and Returns

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship to PO boxes using our standard shipping option, which will be delivered by
USPS. Currently, we are unable to ship to any FPO/APO addresses but we hope to
offer this service in the near future.

Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. You will receive a refund confirmation once your return has been processed, however you will not receive an email when your return has been received by our Returns Department. Please refer to your return tracking for this information.

Jewelry Materials
All our jewelry pieces are hand-crafted in 18K yellow gold plated or white gold (rhodium) plated over 925 sterling silver. Every piece is hand polished and quality inspected to assure a luxurious finish.
Gold plated sterling silver pieces are crafted with 925 sterling silver, coated with a layer of genuine 18K yellow gold plating. Our 18K yellow gold plating is .25 microns thick.
White gold-plated pieces are jewelry pieces plated in “rhodium” over 925 sterling silver metal. For your information, rhodium is a higher value precious metal compared to white gold. Additionally, Rhodium plating has better protection properties against tarnishing and scratches on silver metal. The silver pieces plated with rhodium have a better shine and whiteness compared to just plain silver.
Each jewelry piece should be handled with care to assure the longevity of the jewelry piece. It is highly recommended to wipe the earrings with a soft cloth after wear and kept in the airtight inner pouch and outer pouch, included in every purchase, to protect the jewelry piece from scratches and tarnishing. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics when wearing fashion jewelry; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. The earrings should never be worn in the shower, pool or ocean.
If your piece is less than perfect upon arrival, we want to know! Please send a photo to info@hausofhoops.jewelry within 3 business days and our Customer Care Team will get back to you with a solution. We’re here to help Monday - Friday, 9am - 9pm (EST), and aim to respond within 24 business hours.
All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and certified Nickel-free, Lead-free, Cadmium-free, and Phthalates-free. We test every single style to ensure they meet all of our rigorous standards.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner Club, Discover; PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay.
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this information.
